Hamburg, May 15, 2025 – alstria office REIT-AG announces the signing of a new lease agreement with Daimler Truck AG at the Sternhöhe Campus in Stuttgart. As part of the agreement, Daimler Truck AG will temporarily lease approximately 12,700 square metres in Buildings 7 and 8 of the campus for a three-year term. The leased space will support the company’s operations during the sustainable refurbishment of its own premises.

The Sternhöhe Campus is progressing toward DGNB Gold certification, underscoring its sustainable design approach. Additionally, it is equipped with high-performance digital infrastructure, certified WiredScore Platinum, and features dedicated electric vehicle charging stations. alstria has committed to sourcing 100% renewable energy for the campus by 2030.
Campus transformation underway
Originally developed as a corporate headquarters, the Sternhöhe site is being transformed into a modern, open campus under alstria’s management. Designed to accommodate innovative and flexible working models, the site comprises 12 buildings – six of which have been revitalised or are currently under redevelopment. The redesign includes contemporary open-space offices, multiple meeting facilities, and a central atrium envisioned as a dynamic interaction hub for all campus users.
